Mark is a highly experienced investment banker and corporate advisor, having focused predominantly in the natural resources sector. He has served as Deputy Chairman and Lead Independent Director of the world’s fourth largest iron ore producer Fortescue (ASX:FMG) since November 2017 and has been a Director of Fortescue since 2010. He is also a member of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia.
