Mr. Castro joined the Corporation in April 2020 and was a PWC chartered accountant and a former SG Warburg, (now part of UBS), investment banker with more than 30 years’ City and industry experience. He was previously CFO at Eland Oil and Gas, an AIM listed upstream company operating in Nigeria, and CEO at Northland Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank and broker, where he represented a significant number of mining and oil & gas clients, including clients in South America. He has extensive experience in capital markets, finance raising and M&A. Louis is a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at several other AIM listed companies. Mr Castro speaks fluent Spanish.
