Richard joined LVCG in 2020 as Finance Director, he is duel qualified in accounting and law and has more than 15 years experience leading finance, IT, HR and legal teams in SME's and scale up businesses across a range of industries including travel, property, professional services, manufacturing, and luxury retail.
Before joining LVCG Richard was Chief Operating Officer at Ellwood Atfield and prior to that provided Finance Director services on a portfolio basis, he has also held senior finance positions at Ten Group, Donaldsons (now part of Cushman & Wakefield), and Hay Group (now part of Korn Ferry).
