Bevan has more than 35 years of financial management experience with international companies primarily in the mining technology and pharmaceuticals sectors, including Orion Corporation and GlaxoSmithKline. In the past 16 years he has been involved with companies listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Bevan is a Member of the Chartered Accountants – Australia and New Zealand, and he has a degree in Management Studies from the University of Waikato, New Zealand. Bevan was appointed to the Board of the Company on 18 December 2015.
